Looking forward to ur review on it. smile

I saw it when I was on the minibus heading to Sai Kung, the restaurant is black and white, nicely decorated and quite modern for that road, so it stands out.

I tried this restaurant! It serves HK-style Japanese food. NO GOOD! I will post review soon, but I recommend you not to waste your quota on this restaurant!smile

Hi, 可否請教在家自己用普通蒸餾壺煮咖啡,水和咖啡粉的比例大致應該是多少?非常感謝!- Kaley

也不好說是請教,交流一下就是了。

其實蒸餾法去沖咖啡,跟French Press一樣,都是用大概六安士的水配兩大湯匙就成了,對於份量而言,由於不如Espresso般要在短時間去煮出濃縮的咖啡,所以份量方面是會較少,但又確是各有風味,不過提多伙你一點,水溫是很重要的呢,不過本人知道很多普通的蒸餾機也不能控制這一點,所以咖啡粉的口味就要再配合一下了。

你好呀! 終於"lap"過晒你1千4百幾篇食評loo (用左3晚時間)...
主要睇你講咖啡同關於茶記既食評, 當然其他有興趣既, 都有睇...hehe...
覺得你對咖啡同奶茶都好有研究...勁呀!

我由7月起開始飲咖啡亦愛上左佢...每日至少要飲2-3杯....又狂食咖啡糖....顛架!
不過我無你咁捨得, 暫時未試過用多過20蚊去買一杯咖啡飲...
只會每日出街食果1-3餐餐飲叫咖啡.....

星記只飲過2次, 因為有人請...1次americano加多個shot再加whipping cream, 另1次係coffee of the day...覺得星記d咖啡無味 (我諗我已經飲到好濃loo)

搵倒幾間飲得過既餐飲coffee..仲成日revisit忝.....

我已經bookmark晒你講餐飲coffee ok既食店...多謝你呀 ^^

希望遲d有機會同你交流下飲咖啡既心得 (^.^)

so glad u wrote the mexican word because I tried to search it before but I couldnt find anything on it, I never guessed that bun originated from pan dolce {sweet bun}.

You've probly seen the real thing, but I just searched it and the Mex version is very pretty.

請問Zambra一杯kopi luwak要幾多$?
我朋友之前介紹過我去regal kowloon hotel 既regala cafe,
佢地賣$178, +$10有cup cake. 之前亦都去過間CC係西貢.入口好濃好甘,有印尼Mandheling豆既特質,之後係少少果酸同d香氣滲出黎,好正!

我都好鍾意飲kopi luwak,謝謝你的分享

我都係飲過一次咁大把炸!由於不是在HK飲,都唔知會唔會係假的!
BTW, the kopi luwak served in Zambra is $205 per cup! This is the price a half year ago! hope that the price does not inflate!!

前輩你好!

我看遍你有關咖啡店的文章,很專業,你對咖啡的認識和熱情已深深地令我祟拜!我自中學時期已開始飲咖啡 (扮大個吧...),大學畢業工作後,想對咖啡品嚐方面鑽研,並不是想成為大師,只是不想糟蹋每一粒辛苦種出來的咖啡豆。

近年已從即溶轉飲即磨,家中有 DeLonghi 的磨豆機和 french press、滴漏器和越式,亦在圖書館借過多本書看過 (《菁萃‧咖啡始末》正在家中)。 但自覺看了根本什麼都學不到,只是空談!

想問前輩可否給我意見? 我已報讀 C&G 的咖啡師課程,亦打算參加 Coffee Lover 的品嚐班,是否有幫助?

好多謝你的留言,在此先說聲對不起!因為我近來比較忙。

其實我也是個初哥呢!不過咖啡對我而言,真的是有種難以抗拒的魔力!不過本人在家的設備也很落後,就是連磨豆機也沒有,只有個Moka壺、越式滴漏器及一部只有個細細Boiler的Batch濃縮咖啡機仔,真的是是時候添設備了,心思思了很久呢!

有關於知識,本人也不是太過叻吧,只拜讀過一點台灣的書籍及一點咖啡發燒友的網頁,如Coffee Geek, Espresso Guy...等!

至於參加課程,本人就真的未能給太多意見,畢竟本人未真正上過正規的Barista Training,如果你已報讀了C & G的咖啡師課程,你就真的是很認真了,所以我想我也許也未能給太多意見給你了,祝你在C & G的課程加油吧!

我也未能給什麼指導,只是交流吧,加油!

I am sorry to tell you that I do not know the fee for that breakfast buffet because that meal accompanys with some other activities I spent in the hotel. Sorry that I can't help!

睇到你編遊記好開心呀!簡直好似有份參與其中咁,但係好後悔咁遲至發現,我錯過咗好多好食嘅嘢...我係响你2個禮拜之後出發去西班牙,但係冇啖好食!搵咗好多間餐廳都唔係咁啱口味,卒之去到第三日至搵到好嘢食,我地仲encore咗三次!諗番起都好想番去再食過...我下次再去西班牙/ 歐洲一定會先向你探路,非常多謝你嘅分享!希望日後可以睇到更多你嘅遊記!!

坦然這個世界上又真的有幾多真正的旅行家,我不是在吹噓自己,而是以此帶出一個重點,就是要事先多做功課,因為本人真的花了很多時間去搜集資料,所以我也不是什麼專家,在此也向你推薦一本書,是Lonely Planet出版的旅行書,不過很多人也會怕Lonely Planet出的書,因為大都勁多字而冇圖,但偏偏本人大部份找的餐廳,都是靠那本書,所以如果你再去旅行,不妨去圖書館借相關國家的書吧!當然如果我有什麼幫得上忙的,本人也樂意提供所知道的資料的。

你好,我是一位中學校園報章的編輯
由於好耐之前食過無名炭爐雞蛋仔伯伯的雞蛋仔 亦對佢被趕一事感無奈
所以打算為他在校園報章上抱個不平
但最近2,3次都見不到佢GE影子 又有意想搵到伯伯的相片

i will try the tofu nex time! but honestly SK food is really yuck.

Thats why for SK restaurants, i do not post pics in general.
last time at some seafood place in sk, i ordered lobster with cheese n E-noodles, and i duno why they put ginger in it!!

But luckily, there are ppl opening more good places like AJ's.

Then this other place, i had a pork shaomai aLSO in SK, and i found an intact swine tooth init, i ddint write that on OR, but the owner thought it was funny, cos he told me his other customer found a ring in the shaomai as well.

therefore i am a bit skeptical with SK food.
